Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Please note that during launches, holidays, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will contact you via email.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Swedish public holidays.
Shipping Within Sweden & EU
We currently ship within Sweden and selected countries within the European Union.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Sweden: 3–7 business days
- EU: 4–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to additional customs duties or import taxes.
If orders are shipped outside the EU in the future, any customs fees, local taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
SOLK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@solkdesign.com.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return shipping fee.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend reporting it directly to the carrier upon delivery and contacting us as soon as possible at info@solkdesign.com.
