Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We hope you love your SOLK order. However, if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Refunds
